	1993 Vintage Report Ref: 1993. A dry spring followed by a very wet summer led to Bordeaux producing a fine vintage.1993 was a very good vintage for Red Burgundy and good for White Burgundy. Heavy rains caused a poor vintage in the Rhone Valley. In Portugal, no vintage ports were declared. Tropical heat in June led to a Champagne producing a good vintage.
