	1992 Vintage Report Ref: 1992 Bordeaux was poor with the wettest summer for fifty years. Only the first growth wines are now drinkable. 1992 was good for Red Burgundy and White Burgundy. It was a good vintage in the South and very poor in the North of the Cote du Rhone. In Portugal, a very hot summer meant a very good vintage for port.
