	1987 Vintage Report Ref: 1987. Bordeaux was cool and dull with a wet October.It was good for Red Burgundy and White Burgundy. It was a good vintage in the South and very poor in the North of the Cote du Rhone. In Portugal, record heat (38 degrees) meant a good vintage for port.

	Anagallis 1987 Colli della Toscana Centrale IGT Ref: 10810 This lovely Red wine from the very good 1987 vintage takes its name from a small orange flower which is very common in Chianti. Anagallis is currently produced with Sangiovese (80%) Colorino (5%) and Merlot (15%) grapes grown in the "le Piagge" ,"la Ripa" and "Vignacatena" vineyards which enjoy southerly and easterly exposure, situated at altitudes between 290 and 330 metres above sea level. The wine is a deep ruby red and is ethereal, pervasive and complex with a bottom note of vanilla. It is full, harmonious and slightly tannic, with along finish. Drink now - 2016.
