From the very good 1995 vintage, this Grand Cru Chablis displays smoke, stones and a touch of honey on the nose. It is a silky, massively intense, medium-to-full-bodied, and extremely refined wine packed with liquid minerals, honeysuckle, chalk dust, and traces of sweet oak. Drink now - 2009.
