Scoring 92/100 Parker points, "The 2002 Shiraz Ellen Street, which comes from 30-year-old vines and is aged in 300 liter American hogsheads for 18 months, boasts a dense purple color along with a big nose of blackberry and black currant fruit intermixed with notions of charcoal, vanilla, and pepper as well as an impressively long finish. This is a fleshy, lusty, full-bodied Shiraz to enjoy now and over the next 10-12 years." Drink now - 2009.
