From the good 1997 vintage and scoring 86-7/100 Parker points, "The 1997 Coudoulet rouge is a blend of 30% Mourvedre, 30% Grenache, 20% Syrah, and 20% Cinsault. It displays a deep ruby color, a smoky, roasted herb, licorice, leathery, berry richness, low acidity, and a lush, medium-bodied, heady finish." Drink now - 2015.
