This is a blend of three different growths and mixes the maturity of the Petite Champagne with the vigour and vivacity of the Borderies and the finesse and length of Grande Champagne. It has spicy tones with a light touch of vanilla in the nose. It is well rounded and mellow and is aged in a dry cellar.
