From the good 1997 vintage, this red wine scores 86-87/100 Parker points and "The 1997 Chateauneuf du Pape Cuvee Tradition red (70% Grenache, 10% Syrah, 10% Cinsault, and 10% various grapes) exhibits a dark ruby color, and a big, peppery, Provencal nose of garrigue and olives. Tasty, with excellent ripeness, a soft, easy-going style, and a fleshy finish it is ideal for drinking over the next 6-7 years." Drink now - 2010.
