From the very good 1996 vintage and scoring 86-88/100 Parker points, "Exhibiting a bright, medium-to-dark ruby color and black cherry, blueberry, and stone-like scents, this wine has a medium-bodied, well-focused, sweet perfumed cherry-flavored personality. It is structured but its tannins are ripe and refined." Drink now - 2012. A lovely anniversary gift.
