1947 was a very good vintage for port and this Cockburn has pink/red highlights with a pure liquorice, harmonious, well evolved bouquet. It is firm with good flavour, a smooth texture, a dry finish and a delicious aftertaste. Drink now - 2017. A wonderful 65th Anniversary gift.
