From the outstanding 2000 vintage and scoring 88-89/100 Parker points, "A good effort, the 2000 Cotes du Rhone-Villages Rasteau Vieilles Vignes benefitted from the vintage's low acidity, sweet tannin, and jammy fruit. Its saturated ruby/purple color is followed by a perfume of licorice, chocolate, and blackberries, and a jammy, lusty mouthfeel." Drink now - 2014.
