From the very good 2006 vintage and scoring 95/100 Parker points "The 2006 Shiraz G.A.M. (the initials of the Mitolo children) was aged in French and American oak, 60% new. Opaque purple in color, it has an aromatic array of roasted coffee, violets, lavender, pepper, Asian spices, blueberry, and blackberry liqueur. In the mouth it is velvety-textured, deep, concentrated, opulent, and altogether hedonistic. It will evolve for 5-7 years and drink well through 2026." Drink now - 2026. This vintage wine is shipped in a silk lined wooden presentation box with four wine accessories (corkscrew, wine pourer, drip stopper & wine thermometer) [worth £17.99] at no extra cost and now includes a free gift card with your personal message and tasting and storage notes.

From the very good 2004 vintage and scoring 96-8/100 Parker points "This nearly perfect wine, made from 70% Shiraz (105- to 115-year-old vines) and 30% Cabernet Sauvignon (60- to 90-year-old vines), was cropped at a minuscule .5 to 1 ton of fruit per acre, and spent 15 months in French oak prior to bottling. Its gorgeously sweet, pure nose of crushed rocks, blueberries, cassis, and minerals soars from the glass. Floral-like black and blue fruits, an inky/purple color, and nearly endless depth and persistence on the palate are the stuff of legends. With extraordinary equilibrium, precision, and purity, it represents the apogee of Ben Glaetzer’s winemaking talents." Drink now - 2033. This vintage wine is shipped in a silk lined wooden presentation box with four wine accessories (corkscrew, wine pourer, drip stopper & wine thermometer) [worth £17.99] at no extra cost and now includes a free gift card with your personal message and tasting and storage notes.

From the very good 2013 vintage and scoring 96+/100 Parker points, "The 2013 Ironheart Shiraz is another total beauty from Yangarra. The perfume alone is enough to make you swoon! Laced with violets, molten chocolate, cherry liquor, lavender and exotic spices with subtle incense nuances, it's one of those glasses that compels you to sniff again and again. The palate is very restrained and taut at this youthful stage, with firm, grainy tannins and a lively backbone framing the concentrated fruit, finishing long and minerally. Simply stunning." Drink now - 2027. This vintage wine is shipped in a silk lined wooden presentation box with four wine accessories (corkscrew, wine pourer, drip stopper & wine thermometer) [worth £17.99] at no extra cost and now includes a free gift card with your personal message and tasting and storage notes.

From the very good 2006 vintage and scoring 94+/100 Parker points "The 2006 Shiraz Savitar was aged in 100% new oak, predominantly French. Purple-colored, the aromatics are a bit reticent initially, but soon scents of toasty oak, tar, licorice, scorched earth, and blueberry emerge. This leads to a wine which is more structured and less opulent than its peers. It will evolve for a minimum of 8-10 years and drink well through 2040. As a point of reference, the 2002 Savitar (rated 95) was presented. It is considerably more developed aromatically but still has a significant distance to travel prior to reaching its peak." Drink now - 2040. This vintage wine is shipped in a silk lined wooden presentation box with four wine accessories (corkscrew, wine pourer, drip stopper & wine thermometer) [worth £17.99] at no extra cost and now includes a free gift card with your personal message and tasting and storage notes.

99.97

From the very good 2002 vintage and scoring 99/100 Parker points,"The nearly perfect 2002 Shiraz is the stuff of legends. It is a 1,000 case cuvee that has been completely fermented and aged in 100% new American oak. An inky purple color is accompanied by a remarkable bouquet of white flowers intermixed with melted licorice, blackberries, currants, figs, and espresso roast. Extremely full-bodied, with extraordinary ripeness, opulence, and viscosity, yet very good acidity as well as excellent tannin providing up-lift and definition, this unforgettable wine can be drunk now or cellared for a decade or more. Bravo!" Drink now - 2027. This vintage wine is shipped in a silk lined wooden presentation box with four wine accessories (corkscrew, wine pourer, drip stopper & wine thermometer) [worth £17.99] at no extra cost and now includes a free gift card with your personal message and tasting and storage notes.

From the very rare 1979 vintage and scoring 92/100 Parker points "The 1979's black/purple colour is followed by a subdued nose revealing scents of mint, blackcurrant, licorice and earth. This huge, full-bodied, moderately tannic Grange is extremely youthful and backward. Although not as thick or massive as either the 1978 or 1980, this is a large-scaled, mouthfilling heavyweight from Down Under. It can be drunk now, but 2-4 more years of cellaring will result in more complexity." Drink now - 2029. Note damaged capsule. This vintage wine is shipped in a silk lined wooden presentation box with four wine accessories (corkscrew, wine pourer, drip stopper & wine thermometer) [worth £17.99] at no extra cost and now includes a free gift card with your personal message and tasting and storage notes.

From the outstanding 1986 vintage and scoring 94/100 Parker points "Deep brick color, the 1986 Hill of Grace is a well-defined nose of dried mulberries and kirsch with hints of truffles, menthol, earth and cigar boxes. Medium-bodied with good fruit concentration and plenty of savory, spicy layers of flavors, it has bright acid, medium-firm, grainy tannins and a long finish. It is mature." Drink now - 2030. This vintage wine is shipped in a silk lined wooden presentation box with four wine accessories (corkscrew, wine pourer, drip stopper & wine thermometer) [worth £17.99] at no extra cost and now includes a free gift card with your personal message and tasting and storage notes.
