The 2016 vintage in Bordeaux was a fabulous year with perfect growing conditions. 2016 was also an outstanding vintage for Red Burgundy and a very good year for White Burgundy. It was an outstanding vintage in the North and South of the Cote du Rhone. In Portugal no vintage was declared. The Champagne region also produced some very good Champagnes which are drinking beautifully.
