From the very good 2016 vintage, this lovely red wine scores 88-90/100 Parker points and "The 2016 Beaumont, owned by Suntory and Castel, has a rather conservative bouquet, a little backward and surly compared to its peers with undergrowth aromas coming through with aeration. The palate is medium-bodied with supple tannin, quite lithe and agile in the mouth, a wine willing to go out and please and not worry too much about cellaring. Whilst it does not quite have the complexity of the 2015, it is still a mouthful of potentially delicious wine." Drink now - 2032.

From the very good 2017 vintage, this stunning wine scorde 89-90/100 by Vertdevin, "The nose is aromatic and offers intensity, a certain power as well as a certain precision. It reveals notes of cassis, iris/varietal and small notes of violet associated with fine hints of spices/white pepper. The mouth is fruity, well-balanced and offers a good definition, juiciness as well as fat. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of blackberry, fleshy cherry, crunchy red berries and small notes of iris/varietal associated with fine touches of pepper as well as a subtle hint of tonka bean/zan.
